If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We will happily offer a refund on any unused purchase, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. Please note this does not apply to used or personalised items. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Personalised Items
When ordering the product there may be an option for personalisation. Please take care when filling out the information. If we notice an error we may contact you to double-check it, however, this is not guaranteed. Please take care when ordering a personalised product, as we take no responsibility for any mistakes in the information supplied. Once this product has been personalised we can not offer any refunds or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds
We will refund you once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
