UK Shipping
We take 3-10 full working days to process your orders as some of our products are made by us in-house. Once your order has been processed, your item gets dispatched with Royal Mail First Class Signed For, at which point you will recieve an email from us with a tracking code. Please note the cost of your order is based on the weight and size of your items, as per Royal Mail pricing guidelines. 

Free Shipping, Always
Many companies offer shipping for free, however at cost this ends up being more expensive for the end consumer, as shipping is added as a hidden cost to each and every item. While we don't offer free shipping all the time, we do occasionally offer it as a promotion. 

Address Errors
Please ensure that the contact details and address you have given to us are correct. BSCo. can not take responsibility for orders that have not been received due to an error in the address given to us. If you wish to have an item re-shipped you must pay for the additional shipping charge. If you wish to have a new, replacement item reshipped to a different address, you must pay for the whole item again.
