By entering the Birmingham Stationery website, you (the customer) agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of use. Placement of an order online indicates your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.


Orders shall be accepted at our sole discretion but will usually be accepted if the goods that you order are in stock and your credit/debit card is authorised for the transaction. Your card will be charged automatically when you place an order. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, a full refund will be given.


If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 14 days to contact us and let us know if you are unhappy with your purchase. We will then need to receive the item within 30 days of purchase, once a return is approved.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you have any questions on how to return your item to us, contact us.


The contract between us and you becomes binding when we send you confirmation of receiving your order. You will own the goods once they have been delivered to the address specified and when we have received cleared payment for the goods in full. Until that time we will retain the title to the goods. You will be contacted if there are any problems.


We try to ensure the pictures of the goods on our website are accurate. However, there may be slight variations in colour and texture between the pictures and goods themselves. The majority of our products are handmade, using materials that have ageing qualities and variations in their texture and colour. In regards to custom or wholesale orders, prices quoted to you are the prices set at the time. If for any reason they are increased, we will let you know by e-mail and inform you prior to processing your order. We will accept your order when we send you an invoice with your goods.
